Step 3: Build as Desired.

Step 4: Remove Easily.
To take off this waterproof mascara, use a waterproof makeup remover. For optimal results, soak a cotton pad in makeup remover, press onto closed eyes for 10–20 seconds to dissolve waterproof formula, and wipe gently downward.
